  • 2 Jul 2014 in National Assembly: Let us come to way forward which I think will come after the enactment of this Bill before the House today. This Bill is meant to rein in this escalating incidence of vandalism of public infrastructure by unscrupulous dealers. Under this proposed Bill, dealers will be prepared to reveal sellers’ names, identity numbers, telephone numbers The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. The other very good element of this Bill is to try and bring order to the industry. As I said earlier, the Bill will address legal loopholes that have facilitated the black market trade. Just for Members to know, this is about the Appropriation Bills of the Supplementary Estimates that we resolved yesterday, and the financial year is coming to an end tomorrow, being the last Sitting Day. That is because when we come back on Tuesday, it will be the first of July and we will ... view
