The common conflict on mandates and jurisdiction between the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) and the Kenya Forest Service (KFS) will also be addressed. I was saying that the second objective is meant to generate gainful self-employment for the youth and women. Thirdly, it is also meant to model an alternative framework in funding community-driven development. The Uwezo Fund will employ the principle of table banking which is what is known locally at the grassroots level as chama.
