Hon. Senators, earlier on, I had rearranged the Order Paper for us to deal with the Bill that touches on revenue allocation to the counties. I, therefore, now proceed to defer Order Nos.8, 9, 10, 11 12, 13, 14, and 16. These are Orders that were to proceed for division, but we do not have the numbers. I also defer Order Nos. 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22.
