Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to support this important Motion and Report. Looking at it, I was wondering how important this report is to this country. Looking at the recommendations that have been made by this Committee, I wonder whether we should have given more time for this debate on this particular matter. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I applaud the Powers and Privileges Committee for clearing the Members of the Committee on Public Accounts and Investments on the allegations that had been made. I am so happy that this Committee has come out so boldly to the extent that they have mentioned names. That, the Cabinet Secretary, Dr. Fred Matiang’i, the former Chairman for the National Lands Commission (NLC), Mohammed Swazuri and several other officers, by name, should be investigated and prosecuted. The issue is, will they be investigated and prosecuted as recommended by this Committee? It is upon us, as the Senate, to follow up on the resolutions of this Report after we pass it today because I believe we will pass it. Shame on anybody who would wants to divert---
