I think this is the second time in the past six months that we have had a report from the Forum because I remember us debating a similar report. I remember complaining that they had indicated that a lot was said about Kenya. I was wondering because apart from saying that a lot was said about Kenya, because we had just come from the election period, they did not talk about what had happened.
