Is it really in order for us to defer the moving of reports of a serious Committee like CPAIC just because the Chair of the Committee is not within the House? Is it not in order for them to have delegated this duty to Members of this Committee to submit or address the House on these reports?

Khaniri was in this House this afternoon. However, he is not here to move his Motion. I remember complaining that they had indicated that a lot was said about Kenya.
