Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for allowing me to contribute to this important Bill. This Bill is derived from the provisions of our own Constitution. To allow people to participate in the decision making processes of Government is to actualize the supremacy of the people of Kenya as envisaged in the Constitution.
