Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to concentrate on part âbâ. The Ministry is aware that all companies in Bura were to be involved and consulted before allowing them to resume operations. However, those companies were allowed to resume operations without such consultations and a detailed assessment. I have, therefore, instructed officers to carry out an assessment to ascertain whether the companies have fully complied with the conditions set out in the ban. Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is because there are some who operate on licences that are not proper. For example, those that are prospecting maybe practicing mining which is illegal. That is why we will assess every miner and prospecting company.
