Deputy Speaker, part of what I have learnt since I joined this august House is that a point of order should be raised when a Motion has been moved and seconded. This is to ensure that the Motion is properly before the House for debate. However, we have to decide whether we want to do our business or we want to play games with serious issues. Deputy Speaker. I was going to rise under Standing Order 96. I wanted to make a discussion on it but I think it would be good for one or two Members to participate. view
