So, we are coming as Kenyans to favourably and fairly argue issues concerning land. My point of order is this: Is it in order for a group of Members who are not only Members of the Committee, in which we did not have a benefit of sitting, but are generally from one geographical region in the country, to influence the decision of this House at the expense of others? view
