If the Committee looked at a Bill, I suppose there is a Committee Report which is accessible to Members and they should have had an opportunity to interact with it somewhere. It is in the Table Office. So, when I hear Members discussing this Bill from a point of no information, I can only tell that either they did not do their research properly, or it was a little bit too technical for them.
