Start from the enactment formula. You have to express yourself on all the words that you are seeking to delete because the whole expression “An Act of Parliament to provide a framework for the protection and promotion of traditional knowledge and traditional cultural expressions; to give effect to Articles 11, 40 and 69(1)(c) of the Constitution and for connected purposes” is part of the Long Title. view
