So, doctors are governed and regulated by peer regulations. They must regulate themselves. Any time world over when Government has had to intrude into such management of internal organisations, they fail. Think of a situation that maybe the Attorney-General or the Solicitor General or somebody wants to regulate how the Law Society of Kenya must function including who and who not to give practice certificates in the legal fraternity. If legislation demands that something must be done, is he in order to mislead the House that we can avoid prescription of law and apply this thing he is calling precedents and traditions of the House? Can you advise him on how application of these concepts is done? view
