The word “kutekeleza” means “implementation”? Is that correct? You know that we have a Committee on Implementation. We also have laws which are self-explanatory. They put responsibilities on various agencies to act. So, it is your role as the member of the Chamber to come and bring those people to account. You role is oversight. You should make sure that they do what the law expects them to do in those things. Member for Igembe Central
