When you talk about issues which generally concern marginalised people, that Member is voicing a bitter cry of a nation into several years. So, when you rise in your place to make it simplistic, the people who are hearing you and have been marginalised for a long time may find it very sarcastic that a Member of the National Assembly may think that their problems are light.
