I hear you although I heard the Member for Kandara state that it has been repealed. In any case, Chair, before you walked into the Chamber, the Member for Kandara was supplying information. It arose from the Member for Ol Jorok, who said that this legislation seems to create jurisdiction of a civil nature for, amongst other things, seduction or pregnancy of an unmarried woman or, girl and enticement of, or adultery with, a married person, when, in fact, you say that, that jurisdiction, under African customary law, was vanquished by virtue of the fact that, that law was repealed. ...
