You can go to (b), and read it down. You can just read it in the law that goods which are taken out of the country bla bla and goods which are brought out of a special bla bla. Then say what you intend these goods to be here at the end of the clause. That is just a suggestion. What is it they were intending to do? view
  • 25 Aug 2015 in National Assembly: Just look at it keenly. What should be done here is renumbering, which the Legal Department will do. If you read it properly, you can number it in Roman or in alphabetical and make it a full sentence. Clause 6 (1) will read something like this: “Goods which are taken out from any part of the customs territory and brought into the special economic zones or services provided from part of the customs territory to a special economic zone shall be deemed to have been exported from Kenya”.
