Thank you very much. The Departmental Committee Chairman rose in his place to request that this matter be deferred to another date for consideration in the Committee of the whole House. Members have also contributed variously and in particular Member for Rarieda has raised issues amongst them the fact that there are conflicts in the Constitution and in the proposed amendments.
