So if you do not have a card, you proceed to the Dispatch Box so that the HANSARD is clear. Next time some activist who is trying to know who is speaking how many times in the Assembly will capture the Member for Mbeere South instead of the Member for Kiharu. Give him some volume in the Dispatch Box, please. view
