You are using the word “and”. Could I have this amendment in written form, so that I get you properly? You are pronouncing “and” as “an” and I do not know which one you are talking about.

What are you trying to do here, Hon. Ogari? My understanding of liquidated damages is that they are ascertained damages. Once you mention the word “liquidated” in English and in law, it means that those damages have crystallized. They are known. They are ascertained. Why are you adding an English word which repeats the same thing?
