No! I would not want to recommit it. You have time. You have already made part of the solution when you said in your address that the total amount of the contract sum should be static, and that you can make corrections on something like that. I have also heard the Departmental Committee Chair as protecting tenders from unnecessary variations that may alter the tender amount.
