• 28 Apr 2015 in National Assembly: Thank you. I once visited Massachusetts Legislature. You do not hear a thing of what the Speaker says. In fact, for a long time, I thought he was speaking Italian or some funny language. I understood that it was only the Clerks-at-the-Table who understand what is going on while Members consult to get help. However, I take that advice except that we are trying to be very fast.
