Of course, he has gone to school. I know he is a serious Masters holder, but it is not in law. It is in something else. I want to find out something. The Leader of the Majority Party called Hon. I am trying to see the Order Paper that my learned friend, Kimani Ichung’wah, has been referring to. Could the oldest Member give us time to bring our points before the Assembly? I have seen Vote 1011 on the Presidency but, then, he has mentioned several other Votes that I am not able to see on the Order Paper unless he is referring to an Order Paper that I do not have. Could we have this Order Paper so that we are in sync? view
