  • 18 Mar 2015 in National Assembly: Do not do things which are not in the Standing Orders. This is a House of rules. If someone does not have a card, you administratively solve it out there at the reception. The best thing to do is to approach the Speaker’s Chair instead of starting to loan cards to each other. It is not a very neat way of doing it. view
