• 4 Mar 2015 in National Assembly: legislation rather than regulation knowing very well that there is the Delegated Legislation Committee that handles regulations. However, regulations are powers which are given to the regulation making authority which in most cases is the Cabinet Secretaries. The Member is saying that, because of the mischief in the environment sector, it is in the view of the Committee that a few things are cast into the legislation so that people out there who are making legislation are not able to change them from time to time. I therefore, find that she is in order. view
