• 15 Nov 2018 in National Assembly: I think I need to drop this because as I see, the deletion proposed in the Bill is to correct the numbering. There is a resultant renumbering which has ensued after there is a reorganisation in that clause. So, I go on record as dropping that amendment to Section 29(4). view
