Baiya is absolutely right because these are issues which are determined by the Environment Court, only that I think it is right that we be very specific and provide for the Environmental Court; we can get the citations right away. There is the High Court. The problem with the Constitution is that it has identified the High Court and other specialized courts which deal with the environmental matters. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, what we should do is talk of a court of law with competent jurisdiction. What it will mean is that, there can be so many disputes, including a dispute before the Cabinet Secretary, including arbitration and so forth.
