They have acted very well except that we would really wish that we observe a lot of decorum, persuasion and debate next time we go into Committee instead of catcalling. The Chair will help us a lot if we will take Kajwang’ and make him an example. Throw him out of the House so that the rest of the Members can know that there must be order. However, to allow everybody to say anything without any discipline is a big problem in this House. view
