Section 20 (1) says that a university granted a charter in accordance with section 19 can do any of these things, and (e), may award degrees including postgraduate degrees and diplomas including postgraduate diplomas. He is learning the rope by walking it. Let me put this in perspective. I think the Leader of the Majority Party is taking him too fast. This refers to the Vice Chancellor, which we had put in the public service. So, Member for Emuhaya is consulting but this is now the place at which he needed to withdraw. However, he is doing a very good job, Leader of the Majority Party, that many Members from the other side would not have done. You know we have a powerhouse from this side of the divide.
