Listen, Hon. Langat; the point that he is pursuing is that it is a redundancy to pass 53(A) in the face of what exists in the principal Act as Section 53. It is just a question which has been put and he is entitled to a response. If you are unable to respond, please pass it to someone who can respond positively.
