We have considered the amendments proposed by the Member for Mbita as well as the amendments proposed by the Member for Kipkelion. It is the view of the Chair that the amendments by the Member for Mbita and the Member for Kipkelion are substantially similar to the amendments proposed by the sponsor of the Bill, in which case, if therefore, the amendment by hon. Let me direct you and the Standing Orders allow me to do so. Change the word “spend” to “spent”. Member for Mbita, you see, therefore, that your amendment is substantially similar on that respect to what hon.
