Members who are withdrawing from the Chamber, I do not know for what reason you would want to withdraw from the Chamber because someone had made very good statement that this is, perhaps, a very important Bill that you want to look at. We are adopting a consensus approach that will allow us to make as much headway as we can; where we have to determine something, we will not run away from it.
