directing you to consult with the Leader of Majority Party because both sides of the House do not seem to understand where we are going and the need to make sure that this Bill is handled the way we had agreed. No! No! It is not about the discussion. I am just seeing the mood of the House. It looks like both sides of the divide do not seem to be whipped enough to give us the co- operation we need to push the agenda of this legislation.
