Well, I will give you direction on that very easily. This is a Committee of the whole House. It has proceeded from where the House in plenary left. When the House was in plenary, it was fully constituted in terms of the Constitution and in terms of quorum. Therefore, if a few hon. Members have decided to go for a cup of tea, that is all right. The rest of hon. Members in the Chamber will continue with the business.
