Deputy Speaker, although I can see that the time is up and, therefore, we may not be able to ventilate this matter properly, it would have been decent if we allowed the Bill to be proposed and seconded, so that hon. Members can have a chance to debate on whether the Bill is unconstitutional or not. That way, it will give a lot of us an opportunity to reflect on the issues being raised.
