I am afraid you cannot do that under the Standing Orders. This is because you will negate the intention of that amendment.

Hold on, Hon. Baiya. I am not worried about constitutionality because you will take that in the arguments to support it or refuse it. However, I am saying that under the Standing Orders, you cannot move a further amendment which negates the original intent of the first amendment. So, here I am dealing with a technicality. If you want to make it your own amendment, that is fine. It is also fine if you want to make it your discussion but you cannot move a further amendment which negates what the original proposer had in mind.
