Hon. Members, I now put the Question that Clause 3 be further amended as proposed by the Chairman of the Departmental Committee and as further amended by hon. Sakaja – by removing the word “maximum” before the word “percentage” and also removing the words “be inclusive” and substituting therefor “include but not limited”.
