  • 3 Dec 2013 in National Assembly: Well, the owner of the Bill knows what to do with it. The problem is that it must have been a product of a lot of negotiation and stakeholder discussion. It is just a general guidance, it is not a rule for anybody to follow, but perhaps when we will be looking at the Bill, Chairs will be allowed to give us a lot of details. We may just want to deal with the policy and then leave the details to their regulators. Therefore, hon. Prof. Nyikal, now that it is before us, we have to deal with it. view
