According to the Standing Orders, we have to; first of all, finish with all the clauses that have amendments. We will then move to the new clauses, followed by the Long Title and the Short Tile, in that order. So, that is taken care of. So, move the amendment to Clause 21. view

I think by oversight or misprint in the Order Paper but that document is contained in the report which the Chair had already submitted to the House and we have it somewhere in the system. Hon.
