of an issue that can even be cured by an amendment proposed by the Members. We should understand things the way they are and try to rise above party lines. The reason this is a party sponsored Motion is not because it is a coalition Motion, the way the Leader of Majority Party was making it look. The reason why Members sometimes get permission from their coalition Whips so that a matter is raised as a party sponsored Motion is to take precedence over other items on the agenda.
