Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank Dr. Eseli for standing on that point of order. The opposite is actually the case. I am informed that at the Council of Ministers it was the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Tanzania who proposed adoption of the resolution in favour of Kenya and that Botswana seconded it. However, I need to check. This is what I was told and Botswana explained it very well. I did not go to Botswana, but I had serious and lengthy discussions with President Zuma of South Africa. South Africa is a member of the UN Security Council on ...

Mr. Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member for Rangwe is actually involved in semantics. When I stood at that point, when the House Business Committee had approved the agenda of the following day, I did indicate that an asterix meant Government Order of the day. That did not mean that as Leader of Government Business, I supported the Motion. If you recall, we were actually experiencing shortage of business. I think we all unanimously felt that, that matter should come before the House. I do not think this is frivolous. I am sorry to say that. I think this is not ...

Mr. Speaker, Sir, with your indulgence, I really do not want to be drawn into that kind of debate because strong language will get used occasionally. People will take collective decisions and others will seek to jump out of it depending on the heat of the moment. So, I have no difficulty with any hon. Member of the Grand Coalition who in trying to gain political mileage or losing some of it. There is nothing personal here. It was a Cabinet decision.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for allowing me to add my voice to my colleaguesâ in congratulating you for a brilliant ruling. I want to assure this House that these matters are going to be dealt with to the satisfaction of this country. I think you are very generous; you have allowed us to comment after your ruling. I just want to sincerely thank you for asserting the supremacy of this House. Committees of this House are Committees of this House. I think really, this is where the whole thing will have to be sorted out in addition to fuller ...

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have a draft Statement but I felt that in order to be able to do justice to this important matter, I could make this Statement on Tuesday afternoon. I could just go through it, but I think the atmosphere of the House is such that the importance of this matter may not be fully appreciated because looking around the House, I think many more Members would want to hear what I have to say on this matter. Therefore, I propose that the Member for Ndaragwa bears with me so that we make this Statement on Tuesday.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, indeed, I know that the Chair of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and Member for Ikolomani had introduced matters about expenditure. If that is okay, I can cover the same in my Statement on Tuesday because I am aware that there is a Question directed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which was not fully answered. So, I think I can consolidate all that and deal with it on Tuesday.
