On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. Just for the record, I see that Mr. Ruto is not in the House. I was ready with my Ministerial Statement on the implementation of the Constitution because last week we thought it was going to be in order for him to be in the House so that it is not seen like the Leader of Government Business is not up to speed on this matter. But I thank you for your ruling.
