Wangari sought to know whether the Senate said what they had to say in the report. Did it not? We have the report. The Senate pronounced itself. Or are we getting a statement based on what the Cabinet Secretary has said without the implementation Committee understanding itself. I say this with great respect. What were the recommendations? Are you satisfied that the Motion is being implemented? That is the question Sen. Wangari is asking. Not about truncated issues. view
