Normally, I would have a message from the National Assembly that I would have read out to the Senate and said that this is the position. Kajwang has also asked for the Floor on the same point, is that the National Assembly has its own Standing Orders. A Bill can originate from either House. Am I correct so far? view

We now have another Bill, which is not based on that Bill. It is a Bill that is now originating from the Senate.
