You should have sought the indulgence earlier or you ought to have left it to Sen. Khaniri to say it is not adequate. You should either accept that the statement that has been given to you is not adequate and that will be it and you cannot go further into it, or you let the answer be read to the House then it becomes the property of the House and we discuss it, like Sen.
