I would also like you to consider seriously the issue of policy as requested by the Senate. Like my colleagues have said, if a student is truly destitute – there are many students who are truly destitute – and the school demands, for example, Kshs25,000 for the first term and you give that student a bursary of Kshs2,000, that is money down the drain and money wasted because that child will stay in school for a week and then be send home afterwards.
