I have already ordered that that matter comes back on Tuesday, 26thApril, 2016 and that Senators will have the opportunity to interrogate the document properly. It is a matter of great importance. I do not want trivialization of the issues. Remember as I sit here, I represent a county and I am unable to debate with you on the issues that are coming up. I want it to be treated as a serious issue that is affecting everybody, so that we can deal with the issues. view

Ndiema, the statement being issued by the Leader of Majority was specific to the post- election violence IDPs. I think it is important to understand that it is the reason why it is a restricted statement to only the issues that were raised. So, you will not find issues about cattle rustling in this statement unless you bring it as a substantive question or issue that you want to be explained. You will not find it there, however, you look at it. It is not there. view
