Maybe what has come out in the Order Paper is not clear, but the Committee - if Sen. Musila will recall - made certain recommendations going forward in that report. They said that they wanted certain other things investigated further, one of them being the purchase of 34 acres of land for Kshs10 million per acre, which would not have fetched more than Kshs2 million per acre.
