However, the point Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale is making is fundamental. Please, listen to me, Senate Minority Leader. The point Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale is making is important but in this specific instance – I know that we should follow the Order Paper but the Standing Orders also gives the Speaker the discretion to reorganize the Order Paper. Sometimes we have to be practical about certain situations. If you look at the Order Paper, you will find that a lot of business for division has been outstanding for a very long time.
