As I conclude, may I make the request through you, tonight this Senate pronounces itself and tells us whether a Select Committee has gone beyond its mandate by finding illegalities and unlawful acts, and yet going on to say that a threshold of gross violation has not been attained? Could the Chairman tell us what part of the statute, including our Standing Orders, gives them vis-a-vis the plenary of Senate to talk about threshold? I thank you. view
