So, I wonder where this debate is going. Is it for the HANSARD or to talk to the people in the Gallery who are supposed to be sitting there and welcoming them? When you use the words that “it is wiser to keep quiet”; if you are not sitting on that Chair if you are a Member of this House; I would have referred to Standing Order No. 90 and requested you to stop that Member from imputing an ill motive upon me.
